Mersey Mint is a trading name of MN Labs Ltd (company no. 17267178), the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Registered office: [Registered office address — to be added].

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, delivery address and items purchased.
• “Notify me” sign-ups: your email address and the product you asked about.
• Reviews: your rating, review text, display name and email (the email is never published; we use it to check for a matching order so we can show “Verified purchase”).
• A basket cookie so your basket works between pages, and your wishlist saved in your own browser. See the cookie policy.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders (contract), and to send the stock alerts you asked for (consent). We don't sell your data. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe from stock alerts at any time, by emailing michael@mnlabs.uk. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
