14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Email michael@mnlabs.uk to let us know, then return the items unused and in their original condition within a further 14 days. We'll refund the item price and standard delivery cost.

Sealed product

Sealed trading card product can only be returned if the factory seal is intact. Opened packs, boxes and tins cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, email us with a photo within 30 days and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
